Default New/Old leveling question

I recently created an iksar monk I made the same race and class in 2000 but only got to levels equivalent for field of bones and kurns tower. I want to know if anyone has any recommendations as to when to group, what quests to do, where to level, all without venturing too far away from the home land kunark. I don’t have enough time in my day for it to be wasted discovering that I shouldn’t be leveling in the zone I’m in for another three more levels. I'm sure this questions been asked before but I feel this leveling questions more specific to kunark and it’s why I can’t find it. Hey even a link to an old similar thread would be appreciated. Thanks for the input

Kunark has the resources to be it's own game for Iksars. If things con blue or white or yellow hunt there. Hail things related to your class for quests, or look all of it up on Allakhazam (be wary some things have changed).

Honestly, just give it a go. In my opinion, Kunark really made the game. Go explore it!

^^ Agreed.

As an Iksar, you never really have to leave Kunark.

Typical path was FoB, Kurns Tower, then LOIO, FM, OT, DL, KC ... Check out Warsilk Woods, that zone is pretty cool at times as well.
