Question regarding spell restriction

I remember on live not being able to cast Regrowth on people lower then level 46, IIRC Clarity 2 was the same way. Is this added in later on?[You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Far, far later. Was either late luclin or PoP--nothing we gotta worry about here. Then they gave us the ghetto aegolism (temperance?) to MGB on lowbies at banks, anyway, lol :P
