Cant join guild - Invites auto decline

I'm having issues not being able to accept guild invites, the inviting officer says that the invite was declined but I never saw a pop-up to accept.

"Receive Guild Invites" is toggled on (after much toggling).

Is there a config file or UI file which controls this?

I've seen these in a character specific UI file.

GUILDEXCLUDED0=*NULL*
GUILDDESIRED0=*NULL*

this seems to be standard when I've seen others.

SOLVED -- went in and did /guilddelete .. I guess I was the only member still active of an old guild. Once that was cleared .. I was able to accept invite.
