Smile Is Grik The Exile good camp at 55?

Hi, 55 troll shammie here.
I was looking for easy solo camps because I'm too old to take many stress.
I was killing IGs (easy pp and good xp) but at 55 they are good for pp only.
I read the forum and found the Grik The Exile camp and I saw it like a suitable camp for my gaming style but... I feel it like doable but slow xp and magic resistant.

Must I mantain that camp? I tried the named giants at FM fort basement but I cannot manage them yet, I hope try again at 56 or so.

Any advice about good solo and low stress camp for me? Thanks a lot.

BTW I apologize for my english. I tried to do my best (without google translate, I deserve a cheer for that... maybe [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] )

I've never done him, but the Per-Level Guide, https://wiki.project1999.com/Per-Lev...ng_Spots_55-59, has him starting at your level. It says it's good for Mages, but since Shaman are better soloers you should be fine.

If not, that section, and the one above it, should have lots of other options that are known to be good for Shaman.

Thanks a lot Loramin!

I'll re-read the guide again looking for relaxed camps and I'll try the options showed there.

Best regards from Spain!

I would avoid that like the plague as a shaman. You can find another 7 min single spawn that’s less contested, or even Wakening Land. Geos might be tough but goo’s are easy (west cave).

If Grik is camped (often is) you are stuck in Swamp of No Hope and the zone name has never been more accurate.

I know I did a lot of Wakening Lands; Geonids and Suits were both good, but I'd only describe the Geonids as being relaxed. I also did lots of giants, and they're pretty chill: both the frost giants around the Great Divide fort, and Forest Giants at the Burning Woods fort. (and s

I didn't do Plane of Mischief, but if you can get up there I hear the XP is great, and I think the rats are chill. Similarly I've heard that the Barbarian guards in Everfrost and the Qeynos bank guards are good, and should be relaxed.

Geonids is a good suggestion for OP. They aren't quite as tough as the two Frontier Mountain Giants, and you can pace yourself on kills. They are a bit tough to kill compared to other mobs, but Shaman slow and root typically puts them in their place.

Plane of Mischief Rat Maze XP is great. It's the best XP I could find from 55-60. The Rats do not kill on sight, and you do not lose faction killing them. The Rats will socially agro.

That being said, you must run around a lot to find more rats. Respawn time is 70 minutes, so it's not a very good camp if OP wants to just kill a static spawn for ease of play.

The problem with shaman vs geos is that they are very disease and poison resistant, so without epic its tough to land a dot if you wanted to root rot them. Very low magic resistance though,if your into slow tanking.

WL has a ton of stuff to kill solo or in group and a dragon spire in the same zone. Getting a rez is easy. loIO is like dreamlands without the population, which is truly horrible.

Just burn two levels in HK if you are thinking of this.
