WTB Full cleric epic

I am looking to purchase a full cleric epic MQ as if i was a 6 year old.

I will need to be guided through in every way. I have no idea where the quest giver is located in tim deep and have done exactly zero prep work, so don't know if i need to do anything as far as faction goes before attempting turn ins.

please advise me on what you would charge and any steps i need to take before hand.
