Possible froglok ostiary wrong spawn point?

The evidence is very thin but here it goes;

Froglok ostiary spawns in sebilis disco.

On live currently he's the roamer that goes close to the gruplinort PH.

The loc on the wiki (which was pulled by ravhin from ???) Also indicated he spawns as that roamer. (-927, -352)

On p99 he's a completely different spawn, still in the same room but he's static in a different spot. (-871, -315)

Completely anecdotal but when I first started hunting him down this week I asked a puller in disco where he spawned and he also (wrongly) pointed me to the roamer. At first I thought he could be a multiple spawn point type of mob but I've seen him spawn 4 times at the same static point.

Is he at the wrong spot or he spawned there on the timeline and was later moved? I tried googling him but since he's not a very interesting mob I couldn't find much info specific to our era.
