Disable Luclin Necro Pet Graphics?

I love my low level classic style necro pet, but I noticed the level 24+ dark bone pet shows up as the horrible Luclin style model. Is there a way to change this so I get my cool looking classic dark bone instead?

BTW, am i the only one who believe EQ's graphics only got worse with time? They should have stuck with the simple original look, its way better.

You're not the only one who thinks so, I think the majority of players on this server would likely agree with you. I for one despise anything from Luclin onward, but the new graphics were particularly bad, one thing that really pissed me off was how they replaced the old world wolf model AND the Velious dire wolf model with the same plasticky piece of shit with all of like three frames of animation who's attack motion consisted of ineffectually raising it's paw upward for a moment. Er, sorry, I'm ranting, that stuff just ticks me off, the point is I doubt you'll find much sympathy for that nonsense here.

Awesome! Glad to see the original pet is going to be making a return!

Don't worry about the rant, I fully agree. Yes, Luclin models are absolute trash. Let's not get started about how they replaced my favorite zones like Nektulos and Lavastorm!! Like even the other day, I was looking at eq.com at the new stuff, wow another expansion, wow the graphics STILL SUCK.
