And the server after that will have the sleeper toned down and "killable" as long as theres enough people, here you will have a chance to keep your characters. And once a month the sleeper will respawn, if the raid fails and he finishes its rampage, boom servers gone again. said sleeper will allow up to 255 debuffs, but dots still unstackable with other casters.

You kinda could stop account sharing if there were some system where you had like 3 ips that could be "registered" to an account, and if there's ever a 4th all of them are randomly shut out for a random amount of time, up to some limit. This would prevent the cheesefest cleric/coth bots but still protect people who legitimately share accounts for whatever reason.
