NPC Spawn Issue: An orc scoutsman spawning in Butcherblock - OOE

[Passenger]

Currently "an orc scoutsman" is spawning at the stone pillar in Butcherblock Mountains (approx. 460, -1475). This mob was introduced in July 24, 2002 with the updates to Butcherblock and the addition of Kaladim armor quests.

Yes. The dwarf Rogues need them for their newbie armour. My mum is playing a dwarven rogue, and we spent almost ALL of last night trying to find these elusive scoutsman things. Can you please give me an indication of where you might have seen them please?

The orc scoutsman and oracles are located in the little cul-de-sac between the xroads and shops on path the GFay. Going towards GFay it is the first break in wall on left. It has bandits to left inside and Dismal Rage Initiates in center and in the back right end is the obelisk with 3 orcs around it. They were always blue to 14 and either oracle or scoutsman. I got many of the wristpouches off them. Unfortunately I do not know there loc. (also be careful the wandering greenbloods walk through at the obelisk every little while)

Verant really screwed the pooch on the wood elf ranger gauntlets, as well as on
two drops for the dwarf pally armor quests. I have been told that the ulna
drops from the orc scoutsman in CB and deathfist scouts in Nek, but so far,
after over a dozen scout and scoutsman kills in Nek and CB, I have yet to see a
single ulna drop. Also found a spawn point for orc scoutsmen in Butcherblock,
but those have only dropped the scoutsman wristpouch (one in CB drops the lute a
lot, but have yet to see the pouch or ulna). The spawn times on both the
deathfist scouts and the scoutsman in CB are rediculous - scoutsman is a 1 hour
spawn! Jeez the nice Gnoll Basher Club items were easier to get than these
supposed newbie drops. I also have killed hundreds of green goblins of all
sorts in butcherblock and have yet to find a goblin skull. One piece short for
the wood elf ranger gauntlets (orc ulna) and one short on the dwarf pally helm
(goblin skull) and the pally bracers (shattered warbeads). Both final tasks
were relatively easy to do compared to these three armor items. I play on
Vazaelle. Have any of you on other servers ever seen any of these drops? If
so, do you recall which mob dropped them?

Based on Sakshi's comment and the ShowEQ /locs above, it looks as if "an orc centurion" should spawn in place of "an orc scoutsman" during P99's era.

The "Orc Scoutsman" is not spawning in Crushbone on P99 as expected.
