It's funny how someone can just declare they are Miniports and it be enough for a 1 year ban, but Miniports himself can't get his own password back because they can't ID him properly.

Sounds like the staff is doing their job and protecting the account of a player who has forgotten their own password/email (in case they someday remember it).
