Ultimate twink set:
Weapon: Mithril 2H 7-9k / Dark Reaver 1-1.5k Chest: Mithril 500pp or Brigande 1k Earrings: Diamondine Earrings x2 1500pp, Black Sapphire x2 10k Arms: Mithril 3-4k Legs: Mithril 3-4k Head: Hammerhead helm 7-10k or SSB 300-500pp Feet: Dwarven work boots 300-500pp or Darkforge boots 300-500pp Rings: Djarn's 8-10k + 55HP 250pp Face: Grotesque mask 300pp Neck: +7str, +7int 300-500pp or black sapphire +55hp/mana 5k Waist: Thick Banded Belt 2-3k or FBSS 11-14k. (I would go with Mith 2 hand/TBB.) Bracers: Granite Bracers 3-4k / Hero Bracers 300pp Ranged: Dragoon Dirk 50pp or Runed Bone Fork 500pp Shoulders: Bloodstained Mantle 50-100pp, Crested Spaulders 400-500pp Gloves: Darkmail Gauntlets 300pp, Gem Inlaid Gauntlets 300pp Back: Cloak of Shadows 1.5-2k, Hooded Black Cloak 2-3k This is all pre kunark! I would like to know the Kunark items that are better please let me know | ||

Look up Sebilite Scale armor. It's chain but pretty much all of it is better than any old world plate peices. Also, Blood Ember armor.
Your prices for the weapons are too high. Darkforge Breastplate. I would look at a Bracer of Scavenging or Flayed Skin over Granite. Tattered Mantle. | ||

posting how I twinked my sk, with some thoughts and other ideas as well
Weapon: Rod of Mourning(ebon mace/atra shield is a good cheaper alternative) Chest: darkforge and iksar ceremonial chestplate (incarnadine and fungi are better) Earrings: Black Sapphire (fingerbone hoop is better) Arms: darkforge Legs: darkforge(icarnadine is slightly better) Head: SSB Feet[You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]arkforge boots (there is also iksar hide) Rings: Djarn's, 55HP Face: Mask of Wurms Neck: black sapphire +55hp/mana (NoS is better) Waist: FBSS (sash of dragon born of rbg if you can afford) Bracers: Granite Bracers, bracer of scavenging(hero if your race can wear) Ranged: idol of the thorned Shoulders: Crested Spaulders or tattered mantle Gloves: sebilite scale gloves Back: Hiero cloak( hbc is good too) | ||

This would probably be the very best gear:
Ears: Fingerbone Hoop and/or 35/25 JC earring(s) Neck: Necklace of Superiority Face: Not really sure, there's not much high-end twink gear here Head: Blood Ember Helm - might want to get resist gear as well, like Tranix/frog crown Fingers: 55/5 rings (they're better than Djarn's for a tank, though if you go with fungi, Djarn's might be necessary to offset the -10 agi) Wrists: Blood Ember Bracers Arms: Blood Ember Vambraces Hands: Blood Ember Gauntlets Shoulders: Crested Spaulders or Tattered Mantle - when the Hole opens, it'll be Imbued Granite Spaulders if your race can wear them Chest: Fungi or Blood Ember Breastplate Back: Hierophant's Cloak or Cloak of Flames (SBC might be more realistic) Waist: If you went with a haste cloak, probably just TBB. If not, RBB (or, more realistically, RBG) Legs: Blood Ember Greaves Feet: Blood Ember Boots Primary: Ebon Mace Secondary: Atramentous Shield Range: Idol of the Thorned (also get a RBF for resist set) Resist set consists of: JC diamond rings, earrings, mask Tranix and/or frog crown Runed Bone Fork Optional golden wolf's eye bracelets White Gold Necklace if you didn't get NoS | ||

Most Kunark class off-pieces without a valuable clicky are worth barely more than their vendor price, but there's so many SK twinks and there doesn't seem to be a set price for BE pieces. Try for 1k each, though bracers might be a bit more because they didn't drop until a couple of months ago. This might exceed your budget a little, but if you have 40k for a twink, presumably you have a main that can camp some of these items. CoS and the old-world items can be camped with any level 50ish solo class. The above outfit has the added bonus of looking snazzy. | |||
