Just wanted to say, I love seahorses too. Especially:

Lean pork
Honey dates
Dried tangerine/orange peel
Ginger
Garlic
Salt and spice to taste

Hey Bonehand,

I am happy to hear you also love seahorses. However, I think I may not have made myself clear in the fact I enjoy live seahorses, not seahorses in a soup. You see, the general preservation life is my primary goal (made apparent by my class choice) and the fact you make soup out of the greatest creature ever really brings me pain.

All that being said, I cant help but salivate at your recipe, and if I were any hungrier I would smash those little bastards on the pavement and make it myself.
