Is this guy like a find waldo or what.

I cant seem to find him in everfrost does anyone know his respawn time or anything about how to find him?

He's like an 8-hour respawn or something. I hunted Mammoths from 26-31 and never saw him. He's got the last piece I need for tishan's kilt, but i haven't bothered camping him.

He most definitely exists; I helped kill him a couple nights ago. I know nothing about how or when he spawns though.

It's an 8 hour spawn and he shares the spawn with his brother Karg Icebear.

Took me 4 spawns to get him. First 3 were all Kargs. You'll take a faction hit for killing Karg but he must die to start the 8 hour spawn timer to get a chance at Martar. Karg is the turn in NPC for the Werewolf Skin Cloak quest.

The spawn pops on the hill just West of Permafrost zone. From there he roams across the ice river and continues on up North and then eventually back down to Perma.

I have a 30 druid and did mammoths most of 28-29. Seen him at least 3 times while there. Never by Permafrost, but when I would gate back to merchants at entrance to Halas I would see him while running back to my mammoth camp after I sold my tusks.
