That is dated Feb 4, 2002. Luclin was released in Dec 2001.
This post even exemplifies that it was a recent change: Posted @ Tue, Jan 15th 8:30 AM 2002 Score: Decent[3.00] I bought some of these this week. They used to not be usable by Iksar, but they are all/all now. WOOT! ? Iksar cannot wear plate, which is correct. | ||
