Game Mechanics: Aggro with different cons

Hi,
I thought it was just slightly weird that light blue conned pumas in EC were becoming aggro even though they were far away and I was standing, but different color conned pumas of the same threat level, threateningly, didn't aggro from so far away. Then I noticed that bears and other animals, so far that's all I've really fought outside of group formations, do it also.

So the bug is that light blue threateningly conned mobs have too great of aggro ranges.
