Is Targishins bone mask still in game?

It was removed somewhere between 2001 and 2008 on live.

wondering if it has been removed to reflect this, I don't mind camping it (I am now) as long as it actually pops lol

Yup, gotten it to drop 2-3 times. It's very rare but confirmed in game!
