Newb Beta Server Questions

Hi all,

I apologize in advance if this has been stated clearly elsewhere, and I just missed it.

• When is the PvP Beta server actually up?
• Do you need to receive an invite to participate or is it open? I am able to connect to the Classic server with no issues but although the launcher states there are 40-60 people logged in, I can't connect to the PvP Server.

Thanks in advance! Can't wait to get back into EQ a bit, the game that made me fall in love with the MMO genre and never really look back.
