Fuck every single one of these god damned spells. I can cast lvl 58 Tears of Prexus on a GREEN con, and all 3 waves get resisted. Seriously? Fucking retarded. What a waste of a good idea.

Yeah they always were a bit weak but didja know... (unless they fixed it) You can rain here and it will do 3 waves of damage to a bunch (4?) of mobs each time. So it actually is situationally spectacular.

Exactly... Quit your bitching. You could be getting 12 resist instead of 3 , had you been casting on multiple mobs. 3 is better than 12 resist amirite??

They don't function like they do on live. They used to hit npcs and npc pets (which resist every round because of how pet resists were on live). Here PC pets count so they are worthless in most all situations.

Eventually it patched out to make NPC pets non targets.
