Spells: Way too many fizzles lately

Am I the only one who has noticed that fizzles seem ridiculously frequent just lately? Level 57, skills maxed out, many fizzles every time I kite something... has happened with multiple characters... don't really see how losing 10% of mana every fight through no fault of the player really adds to the experience, but thought I would mention it...

I have the same issue on my shaman, by now level 59. I have maxed out alteration, and specialize alteration (though I think that only reduces mana consumption?) yet I seem to fizzle one out of four superior heals. IMO, fizzling has never worked quite right on this server. It does seem to occur approximately 50% to 100% too frequently.

Strangely enough this has just started happening to me when I hit 51+ (or at least i'm just now realizing it, but I swear that's really not what's happening... in all seriousness). Annoying as crap.

100% of the time Fizzleing is 100% too much.
