Game Mechanics: Mouse-over text

Not sure if this deserves a 'Game Mechanics' or 'Miscellaneous,' but at any rate, sometime in the last few days buffs and items stopped displaying their names when I mouse over them (not click, but hold a stationary cursor over the icon). I don't know how specific I can be about this. It's just one of those extremely basic functions with which you'd notice a problem during the course of normal playing.
