Are Putriecent hearts hard to find, or however its spelled?

or if someone wants to find four with me, I don't know what lvl the ghasts are that drop em.

they are only found at the ruins. before you go all out note only the first stage of the quest is in game.

not true. ran through lfay once, saw a cleric camping the mummy/skele spire near MM, saw a ghast on track, tracked to away from the spire, killed it, got a heart. any undead spawn point can spawn the ghast, only at night so it seems.

ghasts will drop the heart about 1 in 4 times, so it takes a while. if you are a druid, just track the zone once in a while and you'll get them some day. not too worth it, but I guess its not bad to do at a low level, as it might help a bit in the teens-20's, gl

I turned in the fingers, part after that. I don't wanna follow the quest till the end. just to turn in the hearts then i would be done.
