how to get a wife started in mmorpg's

seeking any useful advice/suggestions.

i am having a hard enough time getting her to sit down to try it. she actually got to level 18 in aion before getting bored of it. but going from an overhauled graphics game to one 10+ years old is having her hesitate.

she has already agreed to "try" it, but the fact it's taken her the past week to make a char says just how much she doesn't want to. so i am left with deciding between playing together immediately and holding her hand throughout, which may be boring. OR do i let her wander aimlessly as a newbie for a bit at first and risk her being overwhelmed, like everyone has done before falling in lo... err getting immersed.

if you're married to someone who doesn't play, then you can understand my fear of her deciding she doesn't want to play it. if she likes it though, hello EQ every night [You must be logged in to view images.
