WTB Low Level Shaman Gear

Looking to buy some low level (12) shaman gear.

Items with stats are preferred, but will buy items with no stats as well.

Trying to find a primary and a chest to start, maybe some earrings or rings if the prices are not to high.

I'm only working with a few hundred pp, so prices have to be somewhat reasonable.
