Dalnir Long Iron Rod bugged?

I saw on Zam that the Rod Segment 2 is supposed to drop off the Imprecator that spawns in the Lab area. I've gotten him to pop 5 times and not segment. Is this bugged, or does anybody know where it actually does drop?
