Default Everquest in "Game Compulsion" vid

http://penny-arcade.com/patv/episode...addiction-pt.2

These guys run a great show, this is an off-beat episode.

It talks about several games but especially Everquest in relation to game compulsion/addiction... but to be honest, as I was watching, every time he said "Everquest" I just kept thinking "HELL YEAH EQ".

I played EQ during the classic era obsessively like he says and I turned out okay.
I know many others who did. It's not the game that's wrong, it's the user, EQ ftw.

Thoughts?

Google Shawn Woolley.

Old news. This was back in the day of soul-crushing grinds when you could smash your broken life against the mountains of poopsocking and it would break open. Nowadays you just get epic gear in your mailbox. Always something to keep you going and keep you fresh. Check out the PvP forums if you need real examples of living vicariously via online multitasking.
