If you are buying small sizes I got it covered.

If Medium, you need to prebuy the molds in freeport for me since I have not raised faction enough.

If Large then you need to buy from the NPC in ogguk outside the armor shop as he wont sell to me either.

I make small in neriak, medium in freeport east, and large in grobb. Run your molds there and I'll meet you there. Again unless in neriak then I got it all.

I can do this for BANDED too same deal applies with medium and large with the molds. Just different vendors we can talk about it in game. Full set is 80PP firm. Not worth my time otherwise.

Prices reduced if you buy molds of course.

Im thinking of starting a warrior, I have no idea what I need really =( I was just assumeing Full Plate is a step up from Bronze?

It is yes. Only thing after that is mob dropped stuff. Then plane raid stuff.
