Default Can you have more than one account per household?

Please forgive me if I've posted this in the wrong section. My brother was interested in playing on the p99 server and coming over once in a while with his laptop to play on my network. Would this be a violation of the two box rule? I figured I would ask first before I got my ip banned.

Post in the petition forum for an IP exception with both of your acct names. In a week (ish) you will get a reply and should be able to play together.

Are you able to play an account on multiple computers (not simultaneously) and networks? I travel a lot for work and want to be able to play on my laptop. Sorry for the dumb questions.. Just wanted to make sure I knew what the rules were.

Any player is allowed to play one character at a time, anywhere they so choose. A player may not log in or play simultaneous characters for any reason. Should players wish to invite another member of their household to play, an IP exemption must be filed in the petition/exploit forum.
