Quest Issue: Stanos' failure to give Head

NPC needs checking into, after 13 kills tonight and 26 dagger,dagger drops no head..

The final parchment used in the rogue epic references an assassin disguising himself as a high elf to assassinate the ambassador to the high elves.

Seems safe to assume it was always this way. You can also turn the head into the rogue guildmaster in qeynos to get the fanged skull stiletto. No one liked stanos, it's kinda the whole lore of the quest if you read the dialog.

Another issue regarding Stanos is as follows:

He is a warrior not a rogue like he should be (he kicks and will not backstab)
He hits for 200, not the 550 he should
He does not drop his head after may kills.
He has no faction when killed.
HP Seams low for a lvl 65.

We killed him with 3 groups and our tank did not need a heal, he should be much tougher for a red con at 60.

Also, the fight as it is is not classic

He should summon rogue GMs at 75, 50, and 25% making this fight incredibly hard.

Also there is no current faction hit associated with his death -- you should get KoS to highpass/freeport in about 2 kills. They were massive hits.

When the highelf mask quest was finally solved Kendrick confirmed that he had put it in game during/as part of the Ragebringer quest and he had been waiting for over a year for someone to find it. If anyone wants to look it up.
