The exemptions haven't been processed recently so you might actually have some good luck and a very short waiting period if you do it now.

Whoa now, caught you now you two-boxing bastard! I know a FACT this server didn't exist when you and your "brother" were children, since it's only been around since late 2009! So there is no way you could want to play on this server like you used to when you were children...

....Aaaaannd, in all seriousness post in the correct forum and pray. It's a process, just gotta wait it out.
