Intimidate (Monk) successful use does not break invis

Decided to intimidate a running bear some guy was trying to finish off in WC as I was passing by.

I had Sup Camo on, and intimidate was successful - the bear was feared, and Sup Camo did not fade.

Working as intended?

Success rate of monk intimidation is also WAY too high.
