Game Mechanics: Kylong Armor

Kylong armor should not be wearable by Barbarians, Trolls, Ogres.

Also, Kylong Chestplate should not be equipable by Rangers

Kylong Chestplate can now be used by Rangers, Dwarves, Halflings and Gnomes.

All Kylong armor is now usable by Vah Shir, Barbarians, Trolls and Ogres.

it seem this is mail chest piece, and ranger can't wear it ? All other kylong piece are wearable by ranger and not this one?

It also seems that Shamans and rogues were not able to wear kylong armor either?
Post patch (after rangers were able to equip)

So rangers can wear this item, as can iksar, but shamen and rogues cant.

As to why shamans and rogues can't tolerate it...I don't know. Maybe the powers that be decided that Rangers needed another step in their armor uppgrade path, while Shaman and Rogues were deemed okay in that regard.

They also left Shaman's out too, unless they corrected since then
