resists at low levels

Am I the only one who thinks this is a little out of whack? My Iksar monk has 145FR with his resist gear on and he resists maybe 10% of all fire nukes in MM/Unrest (hags), all DB or even cons. I didn't fully resist a single nuke (10-15 casts) until a druid came by and gave me circle of winter.

I don't remember caster mobs being such a trainwreck on live, but hey its been 10 years.

I'd like to add when I ran back to MM to CR my monk after he ate too many nukes, I got hit by Priestess Llandra's nuke for full damage despite being L60 to her L45 and having 160MR.

resists are borked here along with other things like mob run speed and shared exp rates.

I leveled most of my 40s on hags and even with resist buffs never resisted anything. Root + dot and run around the corner made them trivial to kill though. Easily kept up with the 5 min 3 spawn plus whatever blues I could get in the bar below.

Really? Don't hags go light blue by 40-41, let alone 45+?

I leveled a cleric in there per some guide I saw on the forums and it WAS really nice, but I couldn't keep up with all three of the spawns without clarity or something, and the xp petered out by the time I got through 40.

Oops. Yeah meant 30's. Spent 40's mostly doing hunter/forager cycle.
