One time character transfer?

I don't know if this has ever been asked, or if it is even possible but in the name of increasing the population of the red server, would character transfer's from Blue ever be an option?

I suggested transfers/copies a while back hoping they'd at least allow naked character copies with levels capped at 50. Its really the only way to be fair. Couldn't allow 50+ levels or kunark gear at this point. Even classic gear obtained on a blue server would be unfair to move over to red, as the server and economy were different, the timeline was longer, and the difficulty to acquire was lessened.

No response ever heard on that, so I assume its either not plausible or no ones been around to actually respond.

well balls, lets see how high I can get a char before kunark launches.

You should be good man. Theres a bunch of new people playing in the last few weeks, and I have a feeling we're only seeing the tip of the new population iceberg with kunark at hand. Holler at Vae Victus.

I'd say in a week and a half of moderate play you could easily get through the first 20 levels. Then you'll have two week of +50% on top of the current bonus.

Looking at the population right now, within 2 hours of kunark being announced, the population at this time of day has already doubled.

The time to thrive has arrived.

I personally would leap to red on my toon if it was copied 1 day before Kunark went live on blue. As to any substance to it, none that I know of from the staff. Just a player wanting more options.

I would be discarding TONS of high end raid gear and a decent amount of xp over 50 to do it, and i would do it

Should not be that hard to get 50 with the big xp bonus floating around kunark release, plenty of groups too.
