![]() When I gave the items to Orstorm to get the lambent fire opal I got an error to the effect of "Server found no item in slot x (-> y), deleting item!" and all of my items got eaten, with no quest reward. I assure you I did absolutely everything right. Has anyone else encountered this issue?

![]() Sounds like you had either A) used a bugged fire opal or B) used a bugged fire opal

![]() What does it mean for a fire opal to be "bugged"? I had just gotten it from Genni (the NPC next to Orstorm). Is this well-known?

![]() You split them from inside the trade window probably, not unlike the trade bug recently mentioned here http://project1999.org/forums/showthread.php?t=8420, that has known and been around for a while.

![]() I had them in two separate stacks before I began the trade, I'm sure of it. Even if I didn't, how could I possibly know of this bug? Where would it be obvious for me to look on the forums to avoid this bug? The amount of ridiculously thorough searching I would have to go through to avoid such a stupid bug would be really unreasonable. I just want my items back and a GM to respond to me - I think this is a pretty clear case where a reimbursement is in order.

![]() I followed the instructions astarothel gave and it worked. Still I think that this bug is by no means well-known enough for a relatively new player to not get screwed over by it. Plus, it's a bug, not a mistake on my part, so I should be reimbursed.
