WTT Items and Currency in another game, question.

So I did read the sticky and I raise this question.

"pretty sure this is considered real money trading since items in other games can be sold for cash." - Supaskillz

"this is not allowed by staff and will result in you losing your ability to play here." - Sirken

This being said, trading currency or items in a game that does not allow outside real money trading as well, (Eveonline), for items in this game would also not fly?

Sirken's comment is straight forward, but the previous post above his has me confused.
-No can't trade game items for real currency, got it.
-Can trade game items/currency for other game items/currency that also don't allow real money trading, don't got it.
