how much for the ebon mace? and why is it the best SK 1h, thought the noc blade was?

Blade has lower damage with higher delay + meaningless stats on it. Why would you think that it's better than the mace?

19/24 is more damage and less delay than 18/26.. 15 int doesn't make up for that
