Crashing after Server Select screen

Need help, I was able to play up until last week, I am not sure what i did. I turned off my Firewall, and turned it back on. Because i was at my friends house on my laptop and i couldnt run any other games because of the firewall. Well i recently tried to run p99 and i get this error everytime.

The instruction at 0x02311c6b referenced memory at 0x0000018. The memory could not be read.
Click on Ok to terminate the program.

I am not sure what to do. This error happens exactly everytime after i click on the server i chose.... The screen turns black and 5 seconds later that error happens.... Any help will be greatly appreciated, Thank u
