IP Block Randomly? GM's wth?

I'm leveling a bran new 3 Ik/Nec in FoB "Danus" (Havn't played in a long time), and I sit down to replenish mana and badaboom auto disconnect and IP Block, can someone explain?

Did you just dc and try to log in right away? Most likely your character was still logged in to the server and just takes a few minutes to get out. I highly doubt a GM dc'd a lvl 3 and banned you.
