Issues Logging In/Staying Logged In

Earlier today I was playing and received some massive lag before being dc'd. Upon trying to log back into play I am griefed by several issues.

The first one is when trying to login at the station name screen, many times it just sits there and returns on error or another.

The second issue is after logging in with my station name, when I try to connect to p99 blue it may kick me back to the station name screen.

Next on the off chance I make it all the way to character screen it often kicks me back to the station name screen when trying to enter world.

Finally if I get lucky enough to make it past all these and make it into the world, whenever I zone I am kicked back into the station name screen, none of these kicks to the station name screen give me any errors.

I have reinstalled EQ titanium and patched just as I normally would, I always run as administrator, and my internet has been working with no issues.

Issue is also occuring on both my computer and my brothers for both of our accounts.

Has this been resolved?
If so, please advise others how.

If not, do you have an IP exemption? If so take this straight to Nilbog with a PM is my advisement.
