New to Blue

Hey guys I just started on blue. I am working with 200k and was wondering what I should roll, what should i put my starting stat pts into, and what gear I should purchase. I havent played eq in years so I was hoping this wonderful community could help me out with some life changing decisions.

fail troll on my part. i was making fun of all these people who have questions about twinking some level alt like they have no knowledge of the game. how a brand new player or newb has 200k? well i have no idea but doesnt sound legit. im not really going on to blue nor do i have 200k. calm down armchair.
