Miscellaneous: Registration bug.

There is a slight error in the email verification that is sent out for new accounts on the forums.

All of the links are dead because they're missing "www.project1999.org".

All of my activation links, including the one where I input my name and code manually, started with "/forums" and didn't work.

In order to register, I had to manually enter www.project199.org and then paste the rest of the link behind it.

Just wanted to give you guys a heads up.
