Where at in the overthere...ive killed alot of the trash and never seen any significant drops...of the scorps perhaps?

i'm willing to bet this was an uberloot dropped when kunark first came out. i've killed lots of flunkies and i'm psyched to see a word or rune on them. i'd fall out of my seat if i found one of these.

I would guess the same thing, since some other uber items dropped in OT when Kunark first came out that do not drop anymore...Sarnak Bracer...
