In regards to Nizzar and Nihilum

So let me get this straight when it comes to Nihilum their guildleader is not held accountable for guild members...Training, Building and handing out compiles for ShowEq, RMT ringleading HIMSELF, and numerous other crimes we have proof to! And those are only the offenses we have proof of god knows how many we don't know about. But there is absolutely no way they can stop him or hold the guild accountable for members actions! But when it comes to Cast they seem to have solutions stopping him from rerolling? Does anyone see a problem with this?

What did Cast do that earns him a hellban while Nizzar gets a slap on the wrist?
Really the Sirken philosophy should apply to the Duke, I'm baffled the penalty for RMT here is just rerolling.

People went over this painstakingly before you came back.
If Sektors hadn't been the source of the banning, he would be gone for good. But by giving Sektors a pardon for his sins (which were vastly known and recorded for over a year), they had to treat Nizzar (whom, by all known, proven accounts sold only a few things) with a punishment equivalent of those crimes in order to appear fair and consistent and neutral. Obviously the consensus from most of the tinfoilers here is that a huge scheme is/ was going down in Nihilum, but unfortunately there wasn't good enough evidence to support it.

I guess if GMs were to treat those separate incidents that occurred over the course of a few years and congeal them into one large case against a guild, then yes, I could see them treating Nizzar's RMTing to Sektor differently.
But I'm pretty sure they looked at the one incident he was being indicted for only. I suppose you could build a large case against the whole guild of Azrael too if you looked at every single infraction over the course of the entire box and used that as your basis for banning a guild leader, but most GMs are a little less severe than that. I mean the GMs know Lite boxed/ boxes here, but they don't choose to ban his whole guild because he continuously does one bad thing outside of the rules. They don't even ban his character. Short answer is you're retarded.
