Dragon Necropolis down
We tried to mess with Zlandicar a bit last week but the zone was experiencing some weird lag issues. Some people weren't able to zone in and the ones who could zone in experienced a weird "skipping" that made playing in the zone impossible.
Currently it appears Dragon Necropolis is down. "That zone is not ready to receive visitors" when I try to port to it.

Confirmed, my cleric, Artorias, is stuck at the character selection screen. I can not zone into Dragon Necropolis
