NPC Spawn Issue: Noble Dojorn dual weilding daggers

According to the patch notes this was a Overseer of Air thing, however Noble Dojorn is also wielding two daggers.

Nilbog: Overseer of Air no longer wields Efreeti weapons that he has on loottable. He will always wield two Fine Steel Daggers.

Well, it's because they have the same loottable. I can change that.

Should he wield anything ?

Verdict: um I have no idea, I guess if the first pic there is classic he should show when hes got Efreeti weapons

Fixed, pending update.

EoV was an issue on live before they had finished the races for the zone, afaik.
