I did two turn ins to Nillipuss and got Rod of Identification both times...

It takes 4 Jumjum Stalks for the quest; of which he has the chance of dropping 0-2 each time. For me usually 1. He's definitely a criminal I look for. I could see why its priced at 10k.

I'm not sure if you will get the same price now that velious is here and its easier to stack HP vs Trakanon.
