Spirit of Golin quest broken?

Hey there! I've killed the Kly Overseer in Dalnir off and on for weeks since Chardok 2.0 and haven't had any luck landing a Shattered Crusader Khukri.

Any chance it no longer drops? Figured I might just have terrible luck, but now I'm starting to wonder...
