Cannot Log into Green--Unknown Error Occurred

Hello, friends.

Please help. I cannot log in to the Green server. I keep getting the error message "An unknown error occurred trying to join the server."

Its 6pm EST 5PM Central. It will be bad again each hour. Its huge login peaks.
