Default Would anyone happen to have the 'other' Velious UI?

I am referring to something like this,

The Velious UI in the stickied thread at the top of this subforum seems a bit different, with different color buttons as well as some other features. If they are in fact the same, and my settings were just bugged, please let me know.

Thanks

The UI used on project 1999 is not the "Actual" velious UI, its just a skin that resembles it as closely as it can. It is possible to make it look like the screenshot above, but that would require a lot of work, its not something that can be done in a few hours, it would require a lot of coding.

Long story short, currently there is nothing that would look like that, but it is possible someone will do it eventually.

Out of curiosity... is that a screenshot from back in the day? Or is it a recent screenshot? Because it would be a lot easier to port a modern UI rather than coding it from scratch.

I was using that one up until today, when I added some files trying to get a mana counter, and it ended up changing more features than I wanted. I can't seem to find the original file pack though, which I had gotten from the vztz server forums not long ago. It definitely exists anyway, I just have to find it again.

So I found it, had it buried in a folder somewhere. If anyone is interested in it, let me know in this thread (or pm). It's the UI above, except with classic spell icons.

I based the Velious UI off of that very set of files but decided to change the buttons due to the fact that the text on them defaults to white. White on light buttons isn't ideal. Yes you can change the text color but for simplistic reasons I decided to go with the darker keys. I also cleaned up a lot of the unneeded Titanium code to stop any xml errors, as well as setting the right spellgems to match p1999.

Is it perfect? no, but that wasn't my intention. I just made the best of a situation. If anyone wants to improve on any coding done feel free.

yeah this one is full of XML errors and junk code [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Edit - on the second thought it may be easier to just clean up the code in this one... ill need to stare it at it for a bit more...

Edit2 - Ok.. scratch the above 2 things... im going to port it fresh...
