Game Freeze when grouping

I can solo for hours but whenever i jump into a group i get constant Freezes often sound is still going and when i force close the game and try to log back in it asks me to wait, seems to happen more often when i have multiple Tell windows open or group window is busy with chat.

Tried updating the Launch Titanium.bat file to 'start /wait eqgame patchme' but hasnt helped anyone else experiencing this?

Could it be my SP throttling?

Installed WinEQ and its still happening, mainly with porting
